Fun Candy Dish

1 sheet 12x12 double sided patterned paper for the base

1 sheet 12x12 solid paper

Cut 5 @ 3 7/8” square

1 sheet 12x12 double sided patterned paper

Cut 9 @ 3 ¾” square, take 4 of those and cut them diagonally to make 8 triangles

Various ribbon pieces, Metal ring, Embellishments, paper cutter, glue or tape, bone folder, hole punch or crop-a-dile.

Instructions
:

Score the base patterned paper as shown at bottom of page.

Scores are made at 4” and 8” on to sides and then diagonal scores are made on the corner squares.

Now is the time to ink any or all edges.

Glue or tape all smaller squarees onto solid squres, then glue them to the 5 squares on the scored paper.

Now glue or tape the trangle pieces onto the triangle scores in the corners, make sure that if your paper is directional or has specific pictures that you match them up in the corners.

Now punch a hole in each of the corners, fold them on the score line and make sure you punch thru all the layers, this will make 2 holes when the corner is opened flat again. Once all holes are punched, insert the metal ring and close it up.

Cut various ribbons at about 4 - 5” long, tie them around the metal ring.

If you want feet, all you need to do is glue 2 -3 small buttons together ( makes one foot) and once they are dry glue them onto the bottom of the holder.

Once those are dry, your ready to fill it up with candy!!
